At Rinkside Apparel, all items are made to order. This allows us to create unique hockey apparel while reducing waste and overproduction.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and produced within 1–5 business days before shipping. During holidays, product launches, or busy hockey seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

USA: 3–7 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey to the rink.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Rinkside Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped. However, if your package appears lost, contact us and we will do our best to help.
